How does it cost?

There is a nominal $60 consultation fee for landlord-tenant cases which entitles you to up to one hour with the qualified attorney to whom you were referred. The attorney will not charge you any additional fee during this first meeting. This administrative fee is payable by cash or money order.

After the first meeting with the attorney, you should discuss with the lawyer the cost of additional advice or representation. There are no further charges to you from us and you are under no obligation to hire the landlord-tenant attorney to whom you have been referred.
